All orders are posted from Logan, Queensland. All orders are processed within a turnaround time of 2 to 4 business days excluding weekend and public holidays. Please allow up to 5 days during our busy seasons.

We use Australia post as your shipping option each order placed will receive a tracking number once your order has been posted.

We also offer a Local Delivery Service to these postcodes 4132, 4118, 4077, 4078, 4110.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Sweet Soul Co. does not offer exchanges or refunds on products incorrectly ordered or change of mind. Each order is packed with the upmost care and once it is posted it is out of our hands. If however there is a breakage or damage during postage please email us a photo of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery to determine if a replacement will be issued.
